"I trained with Gavin at Luke Bremner Fitness for about six months. I wanted to build strength and consistency, but I also know that I get bored quickly if training feels repetitive, and I was a bit cautious because of a previous back injury. From the start, Gavin has been calm, confident, and very supportive. The most important factors for me were that he listens and adapts: he checks in, adjusts the plan when needed, and somehow keeps it interesting whilst being very well-organised. Training twice a week has made a big difference: I feel stronger and fitter, my mood has improved, and I have more energy.
