I offer 1:1 sessions held at Athlos Fitness in Stockbridge, Edinburgh.  You will work exclusively with me and have private, sole use of a studio space.

Personal training will help you reach your fitness goals and increase your physical and mental capacity.  It will involve a detailed strength and conditioning approach.  Emphasis is always on positional accuracy and quality of movement over speed, intensity and load.

Over three 1:1 sessions you will learn the basics of the fundamental human movements
£135 / Three 1 hour sessions - 3 hours total

£240 / Monthly (1 session p/w)
£430 / Monthly (2 sessions p/w)
£625 / Monthly (3 sessions p/w)

*There is a minimum commitment of 3 months for all personal training programmes.
